In-between creating magic for his guests and being a responsible business owner, you can find Troy taking time to stay on top of the industry with advanced education, business seminars and creative opportunities. A regular on CityTV Breakfast Television, Troy loves providing makeovers and new styles for all ages of clientele. The ‘big-picture thinker’ of RedBloom Salons, his major responsibilities includes looking for areas to develop the business as well as to ensure we continually meet the high quality standards we are known for.

As Operations Manager, you’ll find Jodi with her hands into everything RedBloom! Having had the experience of working with many Salons during her time as a Salon/Spa Business Development partner with Collega Inc. (Aveda Canada) Jodi wanted to contribute to a Salon atmosphere that encouraged teamwork, growth, success and relationships; hence joining RedBloom in January 2009! With a background in Adult Education and over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, she loves working with the team and assisting them in becoming the best that they can be.
