As a Guest Experience Representative, I thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment where I can create a warm, welcoming first impression for every client.

What I find most rewarding is building relationships, recognizing familiar faces, remembering preferences, and making each visit feel personal and seamless. I’m passionate about setting the tone for a positive, elevated experience from the moment you walk through the door.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching Formula 1, shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with my fiancé and dog, whether that’s relaxing at home or heading out for something fun with friends.
